Repositioning is a process different from coaching and therapy.  I do not advise you what to do or think, but rather work with you to discover and cultivate trust in your own knowing by best understanding yourself, your past as a resource, your masculine presence and purpose, and how you relate to life and others.  My work is to illuminate where you are carrying beliefs that keep you limited and stagnant and to collaborate with you to create new perspective, approach and action that brings you into authentic transformation and maturity of your heart, mind and soul.  

Sessions are 75-minutes of time together and we cover as much as you can absorb and integrate in that time, meaning we move through this work at your pace and in alignment with your willingness to commit and devote holistically to this process.  In working together, we become collaborators and co-investors in your life.  Additionally, we acutely identify areas of your life (beliefs, behaviors, habits, relational interaction) where you will benefit from growth and refinement and we develop strategy and accountability for your integrating these updates.

What is the difference between Repositioning and therapy or coaching?

I am not a licensed therapist and do not treat clinical disorders. I work with my clients to understand perceived reasons for inadequacy, insecurity and uncertainty to promote growth and personal success.  

Focusing specifically on the unique strengths and challenges of men, there is no standard or formulaic approach to how I work with my clients.  Together, we establish a trusting relationship to form a clearly defined and highly customized approach using the exclusive Purpose Process to facilitate focused and intentional strides into personal and professional leadership of self and others.
